ORDER PROCESS

  • Placement – when you select a product please follow the given steps on the website to proceed. Please check if all the details are correct before placing the order. Once you place your order, you will receive a conformation message on your registered number and email address. Edana farms reserves the right without any liability to replace or cancel any order at any time.
  • Payment – Edana farms accept the payment from a number of different payment types including, visa, master card etc. After the selection of the product, the website will guide you in the payment process, handover your card details and please read the payment instructions and check everything carefully before the payment.
  •  Return or cancelation – if you want to cancel the order, you can notify us on our website. The product return is offered within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, no returns or exchange is accepted.
  • Shipping and Delivery – your order will be delivered within a given time from the day you placed the order. You can also track your order on our website.

WARRANTY AND DEFECTS

You can file a complaint related to the product on our website. We will evaluate any cases of complaints individually. You can also send an email at support@edanafarms.com containing a picture and description of product. In case where the complaint is justified, we will replace your order.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN

Please note that Edana farms do not exchange the returned product. But only refund the purchase, if you want another product, then please follow the guidelines above and place a new order. You can also contact us for any other questions on support@edanafarms.com

In case If your order is returned to us, Due to failure in picking up the parcel or any other fault in details provided by you, we can resend your order after having confirmed this with you.

LIABILITY

Our liability with products purchased from our website is very limited to the purchased price of those products. Edana farms shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, or damage whether upon a claim or action in contract or any other claim related to the product. This does not include or limit our labiality to a third party or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any matter which it would illegal for use to exclude or attempt to exclude our liability. We accept no liability for any income revenue, loss of business, loss of profit or contracts, loss of anticipated saving, loss of data or damage of any kind.
